Damaged or Defective Items

Because many of our products are made of ceramic, glass, or other delicate materials, damage during shipping can occasionally occur.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

• The damaged product
• The packaging box
• The shipping label (if possible)

After verification, we will offer a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used items
• Items not in their original condition
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Customized or personalized products (if applicable)

Return Shipping

For returns due to non-quality issues, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

For items that arrive damaged or defective, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
